DASA CIWG Application Fee Refund Rules 2024

Fee Refund Norms for DASA  CIWG 2024:

  • Refund Method: All refunds are made through SWIFT/NEFT/RTGS transfer.

  • Non-Refundable Part: The DASA CIWG 2024 application form fee is always non-refundable. However, the first-semester fee is refunded if admission is withdrawn.

  • Refund Timing: The fee is refunded only when the admission process is complete in all respects.

3. Complete Registration: Registration is complete once the details are entered.

4. Fill out the Form:

  • Log in with the provided ID and password.

Residential status

Academic Eligibility

Qualification from a foreign school abroad in 11th and 12th grade.

Marks Required in 12th

Minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in the 12th grade.

JEE Main Score

For Engineering: JEE Main Paper 1 (PCM).

For Architecture: JEE Main Paper 2 (Mathematics, Aptitude & Drawing).

DASA CIWG Application  Quota 2024

DASA CIWG Quota 2024 is a unique program where NRI students can enrol in top Indian colleges like IITs, NITs, CFTIs, etc. This initiative was introduced by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) to assist students of Indian origin living abroad who aspire to join prestigious Indian colleges.

  • Within DASA's 15 per cent supernumerary quota, 5 per cent of seats are reserved for CIWG.

  • This translates to 1/3rd of the DASA quota seats being expressly set aside for CIWG applicants.

  • If these CIWG seats remain unfilled during the spot round, the 1/3rd reserved category will be reverted to the 2/3rd quota.

Instructions for DASA  CIWG Application Process 2024 are:

  • Read all instructions carefully before completing the online registration and application form.

  • Fill the application forms in English; forms in other languages will be rejected.

  • Upload a recent photograph (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) during registration.

  • Provide fee payment details and attach documentary evidence of payment.

  • Upload scanned copies of supporting documents as specified in the preceding sections.

  • If supporting documents are in languages other than English or Hindi, including authenticated translations issued by the Indian 7. embassy/consulate.
