JEE Main 2024 Admit Card (Paper 1): The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2024 Admit Card Session 1 (Paper 2), i.e. for the BE/BTech exam scheduled on January 27. Candidates can download their JEE Main Admit Card for Paper 2 anytime by visiting the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in. or directly from this page. NTA also released guidelines and instructions for candidates appearing in the JEE Main 2024 Session 1 (January 2024) a few days back on its official website.
The JEE Main 2024 BE/BTech exams are scheduled to start on January 27, 2024, with additional dates on January 29, 30, 31, and February 1, 2024. Notably, the JEE Mains 2024 Admit Card for Paper 2 (BArch/BPlanning) was already issued on January 20, 2024, and the BArch/BPlan exam is set for January 24.

If you forgot your JEE Main 2024 password or application number, you can quickly recover or retrieve them by following these steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, locate the "Contact" link and click on the news related to JEE Main 2024 Registration.
Step 3: On the JEE Main 2024 login page, click "Forgot Password" or the relevant option to recover your application number.
Step 4: You'll have three options to reset your password or recover your application number: Security Question and Answer, Verification Code to Mobile, and Number by SMS.
Step 5: Select the most suitable recovery option and follow the on-screen instructions carefully.
Step 6: Verify your identity by providing personal details such as date of birth, registered email, or mobile number.
Step 7: You will be prompted to create a new password after successfully verifying your identity. Choose a strong and unique password.
Step 8: Enter your new password and confirm it. You can use the new password to log in to your JEE Main account.
JEE Main 2024 Exam Day Guidelines (Paper 1)
Kindly keep in mind the following guidelines before visiting JEE Main Examination Hall:

Download your JEE Main 2024 Admit Card Paper 1 from the official NTA website at https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/.

Thoroughly check important details on your downloaded Admit Card, including Reporting Time, Gate Closing Time, Date of Examination, Shift, Timings, and Venue.

Plan an early visit to the examination centre to familiarise yourself with the location. If you haven't registered through Digi Locker/ABC ID, arrive at least one hour earlier to complete the biometric recording.

The candidate must verify that the Question Paper on the computer screen corresponds to the subject/medium chosen and indicated in the Admit Card. If the subject/medium of the Question Paper differs from the chosen choice, the candidate should promptly inform the concerned Invigilator.

Bring crucial items, including a transparent, colour-printed Admit Card, one passport-size photograph (matching the one uploaded during the application), and an original valid Photo ID. Note that school/college IDs, Aadhaar enrollment receipts without Aadhaar numbers, and photocopies/images on mobile phones won't be accepted.
